Christmas Portrait Sessions in Niagara
Two brand new sets are in the works. One is a lush green forest, the other is all fairy lights and golden touches.
The Setting
Deck the Dogs sessions take place in a private room inside a century-old stone and wood barn at Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery in Jordan. Every November I transform it into a holiday set worthy of your dog’s best festive form (and yours, if you’d like to join in).
Puppies, seniors, busy dogs and would-be Christmas carolers are all welcome. The new sets are still under wraps while my elves and I do the heavy lifting in the workshop, but the portraits below will give you a sense of what’s coming.

YOUR SESSION
Everything that’s included
- 30-minute session, with time built in for your dog to settle and find his or her footing in the space
- A minimum 10-image view and order gallery
- A private Online Premiere and Ordering Appointment to view your images and choose your artwork
- A $200 credit toward the artwork you take home
- Up to two dogs per session

Ways to enjoy your best friend every Christmas
Every product is made with the final piece in mind, not a screen. These are the ways clients most often bring their Deck the Dogs images home. At your Ordering Appointment we will look at everything together and find what works for you.
Shorty Triplex
Your three favourite images in a vegan leather trifold. Choice of colour. Folds to 7″ square, with your dog’s name on the cover.

Round Metal Standout
A 12×12 inch round metal print lifted from the wall with a back frame. Vibrant colours and shine create depth. Extremely durable.

Image Block
Your favourite image mounted to an 8×10″ wood block. Protective coating, hand-painted sides. Perfect for a shelf or desk.

Prints & Digital Files
Each 5×7 print is matted to fit an 8×10 frame and includes a matching social sharing file. Digital files are printable to 8×10.

What if my dog is nervous or reactive?
That is exactly why the session is only thirty minutes. Short, low pressure, and we work at her pace. I have successfully photographed anxious dogs, reactive dogs, and dogs who are so “over” having their photo taken. We figure out what works for your dog and go from there. Some of my favourite images have come from the “difficult” ones.
